Product scope
Dhanita provides ready-to-use software and SaaS products. We do not provide open-ended custom development unless it is clearly written in a separate agreement.
Pricing, GST, and renewal
Prices are shown before GST unless clearly mentioned. The applicable GST rate, currently 18%, renewal amount, and any extra service charge are shown during the product or checkout flow.
PayU payment verification
Payment is completed through PayU Hosted Checkout. An order is treated as paid only after our server verifies the transaction with PayU. Do not pay twice while a payment is confirming.
Account and login use
You are responsible for keeping your member login and panel login details safe. Do not share access with unauthorised users.
Support scope
Support is provided through contact channels and member support tickets. Support depends on the product, order status, and information shared by you.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the selected product or service, as allowed by applicable law.
Delivery and panel access
After payment approval, delivery status, expected timeline, admin notes, and panel login details may be updated in your member invoice area.
